Very nice lil guy.
Keep eye on the mouth area looks like hes excessively rubbing the cage or something. Or could be healing.

Yea he is still healing up. I put some chlorohexadine on it each day. My understanding he was abandonded in an apt. for a few months prior to being rescued. I cannot believe how much of a cuddler he is though. I have a rescue and he is just an evil lil thing (much younger). This one just crawls up and puts his head on your shoulder and starts what I can only describe as snoring....lol

He is a pretty special guy.....such a lover!! I am going to be kind of sad when he has to go home. Last night he crawled up on the couch around my hubbys head and fell asleep....his tail hanging down on my husbands chest. Charlie looks over at me and says....never in a million years would I think I would be cuddling with a large sleeping iguana....lol

Re: My (not so little)Christmas house guest....
I had a pretty big Iguana a few years ago (5ft). He was cool but everytime and I mean EVERYTIME I let him out of his enclosure he would go under my pillow on my bed and take a dump then go climb my curtains and hang out on the window ledge..... I miss that guy heheh

RE: Not so lil X-Mas House Guest
We have a female Iguana, Esme, who is also a rescue. She is a cuddle bug too! It amazes me at how cat-like she is. Es just loves to be pet and rubbed anywhere. She'll lean into you, close her eyes and practically purr while getting attention. I was ify about her when we got her because I know how some iguana's temperments can be, but I couldn't be happier with her. She's an absolute sweetheart. Last time we measured her I think she was right at 4ft...
