Great looking group there. Thanks for sharing. I love it when people post pictures of their adult snakes.

so are these the only 2 adult axanthics that did not brown out or what, lol. Thought we would get to see a bunch and maybe some from the differant lines. Great looking snakes, I love axanthincs but I dont have any yet as the couple adults I have seen dont look nearly as nice as these.

Here is one of my adult male VPI axanthic breeding a het axanthic to see the difference. My axanthics were originally purchased from dragonherp who has always had outstanding VPI axanthics. Mine haven't seemed to brown out much at all. The male is 3 years old and weighs 1400 grams, female weighs about 1800 grams in this pic.

    Re: Adult Axanthics

Love seeing pics of the adults! It's especially nice to see some that hold most of their color. (Or lack of color, as the case may be! )

I'd love to see more pics of other axanthic adults, too. We really don't see enough adult morphs, in my opinion. The babies are all great and thrilling to see, but they only stay babies for a short time and then they have their adult look for decades. So let's see what these beautiful morphs look like all grown up!!

    Re: Adult Axanthics

Thanks everyone! I'll try to get a pic of them on a scale

These 2 are the only Axanthics I've I've ever had. I have seen good and bad examples of every line though. I just lucked out I guess I think Pastel Axanthics usually stay nice like mine. My regular Axanthic is a good one though.

Good luck with your Axanthic Mojaves Becky! Knowing your luck, they will stay nice too
