Trying to list legal species for my county.

Most of the county I live in, thankfully not my town, has a standing ban making it illegal to own venomous snakes or constrictors. To re-state a person can only own non-venomous non-constrictors. So the question is is there anything that is legal?

green snakes (rough and smooth) are all I can think of garter maybe but then they do have a Duvernoy's gland and that may make them venomous perhaps...

I was told black racers qualify but those are native and regulated by the DNR. The classification of hognoses as venomous by local governments is just laughable
