Beautiful babies! Just do your research! I was told they're not like Ball Pythons when it comes to raising! I love handling my snakes and these are a look at snake while young!!!

Thank you! Yeah, a set up from BPs but we are super exited to be working with these guys but probably won't get into breeding since we just wanted beautiful pets.

Nice chondro's! I want to get one myself but need to focus on my breeding endeavor right now. Keep us updated with pics as they change color should be awesome!

Cool shade of red there. A few from our last clutch were dark like that and they actually ended up getting REALLY dark during the color change and they've retained a lot of black scales on them... you never know what you're going to get and that's why I love this species!

Smokin' Chondros!
Could your husband possibly have named his "Thorn" because he got the name from "The Inheritance Cycle" book series?

Thanks! I just read your post and WOW, you have some awesome animals! I can't wait to see how ours develop. My husband's is a darker shade but mine has more pattern. Hopefully we'll get two differently colored adults.

Thanks! And yes, he did. He says he looks like a red dragon. We were also thinking of demon names from the Inuyasha series but most were too long,
