Genetic Strip combos?
Hey everyone,
Just wondering what you would breed a Genetic Strip to and what would you get. I'm not real familiar with these, but I am really starting to fall in love with them. And if you have a G. Strip or a morph crossed with one, please post some pictures!
thanks,
Dave

There was a G-Stripe Orange Ghost for sale on Fauna or KS a while back that I thought looked really nice.

I really like this look and hope to produce some in the future. Since genetic stripe is recessive, you can't just breed one to anything else and expect to get a genetic stripe combo. It's mate will have to also carry the genetic stripe gene in order to get anything with stripes in the first generation.

Re: Genetic Strip combos?
Has anyone produced a visual Albino G-Stripe yet? Also, I am very curious as to the true outcome of a visual G-Stripe x Pinstripe.

Yea I feel ya on that. The g stripe is one of my favorite bp's. I just recently picked up a pair of hets. Can't wait to produce one. I would pick one over a pied any day. 2 years from now I will be one happy man. Even happier when I get to throw some other genes with it. Id like to make a pewter g stripe.
