    Re: Breeding Age or Size?

A female really need to be 3 years old and 1500 grams, males should be 2 years old and 700 grams. These numbers are not in stone due to each snake being individual. I have seen both males and females breed younger and lighter than these numbers. I personally feel the age is more important than the size, older snakes can breed at lighter weights. As for your snake...no way to guess on here how old it is. A year may be about right IF the snake is in good health and has been fed properly.
