Got his setup all set.... WOW

I got Diablo's tub all setup, got temps right and introduced him to his new home, He seemed to get comfy right away, went into his hide and sat there with his head out watching me, looking so happy lol, Dont know how i know that already since he is new to me but i just know haha. I know people said not to feed him for a week but i recieved his feed schedule from the breeder and he hadnt eaten in a week so i said hey let me just dangle this rat in front of him to see if he is hungry and waap he nailed it. Gonna leave him alone for a day or two . Sry sooo happy just wanna share lol.

Congratulations! It's always so nice to see new members excited about their first ball pythons. It reminds me of the reason I got into ball pythons in the first place and takes me back to the days of all the newness with them and the fascination and love for these amazing critters!

Snakes are cool Grats on your new ball! Now comes the tough part... refraining yourself from buying more!

Just watch, you have 1 now, give it a month or so and you will be up to 3 or 4! Very addicting! I used to keep fish and thought that was addicting, not even close to keeping snakes! Fish were such a PITA to deal with, constant water changes. We had 130 gallon and 90 gallon tank. Would change half the water in each tank every sunday. I got sick of it and sold them!

There's nothing wrong with feeding on the first day if they're hungry and they'll take it

Sounds like he's a happy snake. Hope you're happy too!
