Hey nice photos! I'd try to move the light on the top of the tent down so it is angles in towards the inside more not directly overhead that is where the shadow is coming from especially obvious in 2 and 3rd images. Also you meter is fooling things a bit, when on white set the camera to over expose a bit like 1/2 to 1 stop it is trying to make white grey, on the black set it to underexpose a bit same reason in reverse. Try 1/2 there. I hope this helps.
