Are they a good size for bigger balls?

I only have one, it works, not big enough for an adult ball though, maybe up to 800-900 grams. I have not had a problem with the lid on it yet, but I think a bigger snake could possibly get it off.

    Hope that helps everyone!

Would the cb70 be the way to go for adults? Would it be ok for my 130 g female also?

Yes, the CB70 is what most people use for their adult ball pythons. However, your 130 gram female may be very insecure in the CB70 as it is a bit big. That is not saying you couldn't try it, you could get some fake vines, the ones with silk leaves on them and put them in the tub to clutter it up a little bit, that may make her feel more comfortable, but it is no guarantee she will feel safe and do well in an enclosure that big. You could house your other snakes in it and put her in a 16 quart tub on top of the rack, that way she is the only one in a different enclosure and it would be a perfect size for her, with out taking up too much space.

What do you have your snakes housed in now?

I got the 130g female in a 25q tub and my brothers male in a 30q. I'm just looking after his, he is away for work right now but want to get it into a proper tub

Alright, well at 500 grams, the male should be fine in the 30-34 quart tub. If you just wanted to get a better tub, there wouldn't be any issues.

I just hate the tubs I have now. The bottom isn't flat and it makes the flexwatt want to not sit nice and even. Also I would like to build a rack to fit the cb70, probably just a 4 or 5 tub rack.

I would stick with a common brand you can find locally. 11$ for that tub is crazy expensive.

I pay $4 for 28qt tubs and $8 for 41qt tubs. I use sterilite tubs.

But with the size of your balls you have no i would stay with 15qt.
