    I just find it funny that a Article titled such only has 2 words with "python" in it, in the actual article itself.......and someone should really do the true story to that florida girl story like:
    Parents were drug dealers/users
    No autopsy was done to confirm what happened
    etc.

    I know! ...And they call it a "family Pet" causing people to assume it was properly housed and cared for.

    I'll bet you pet dogs harm/attack/kill more people a year than all exotic animals combined. Also...look at how many "pet" dogs and cats have been released outdoors over the years!!! Just about every city has it's own population of feral dogs and cats. At the end of the day...It will be us reptile owners who are the bad guys though.

    If anyone knows of a good way to fight this...please post it!

    I just got back from hawaii, no reptiles so the birds are safe but people can let their cats run free. I personally support the hawaiian ban since everything can colonize but people just don't think things through.
