Super reduced mojave???


Is this something common with Mojaves? I know I haven't seen any this reduced. Maybe a hidden gene?? Any suggestions....

1.1 albino ball, 0.3 het caramel, 1.1 spider, 0.1 mojo, 1.0 lesser, 2.2 pastel
1.0 yb, 1.0 fire, 1.0 bell orange ghost, 0.1 pin, 1.0 josey, 1.2 leopard ball
0.8 normal balls, 1.1 BRB, 1.3 Hondo, 1.1 hypo brooks, 1.1 brooks (hets ?)
0.1 mex black king, 3.5 western hogs/albino/yellow/hets.

Yes it's alive, but very small. It's only 2 weeks old.

Either you have huge hands or that is the smallest BP I have ever seen. It does have a nice patter though.

It's very small. Almost like a corn snake. I hope it will live. When it hatch it had alot of yolk, or I think was yolk, left over in the egg.

My guess is it was an incubation issue. Did you have any swings in temps?

I doubt it was incubation problem. Just the runt of the litter whom usually dont absorb yolks.
Id be feeding it now if not already and not wait for first shed.

It was the only egg to go full term. Temps. were constant 89. Does not show interest in food. Any suggestions on feeding?

Pre kill a fuzzy mouse and assit feed. Get the mouses head in the snakes mouth and hold it there till the snake bites down. Usually they will hold it and coil right away or spit it out.

Tried that with a pinkie mouse. It did not bite down. Should I just keep tring it once a day until it takes it?
