    Quick Question, LemonxGraziani

I recently picked up a graziani pastel female and I already have a lemon pastel male. What is going to happen when I breed them together? I assume I can't call them either or, they would just be plain ol pastels right? I had a really hard time finding any pastel females that I liked at the show. I would have preferred a lemon because my male is a lemon, but it wasn't an option. Also, are the babies going to turn out alright, or are they going to be crappy because they from two different lines?

Here is the graziani girl, hopefully she's a decent one! I didn't know what to look for other than something that caught my eye.

I would just breed them together and call the pastel offspring pastels. If anyone wants to know their lineage, then explain that they are from a Graziani to a lemon. I would think that you would be able to tell which lineage the non-super pastels are. Now a super, on the other hand, I would just tell the buyer that it is a Graziani / lemon super.

Alot of ppl call their pastels "Lemons" if they hold their color which in reality is not the case. The lemon line is from NERD and he says they have distinct markings that make it a lemon.
Make sure your Lemon is from the NERD line and not just someone calling it a Lemon to call it that.

Ok that's what I figured, thank you! You can definitely tell the difference between her and my male. I suppose you're right that I could probably tell the difference in the babies, but I'll just call them 'pastels' and explain the lineage if I have to.

Yes I know this, his sire came directly from NERD so he does of course have the markers. One of them is the neck stripe, I can't remember the others off the top of my head. So I definitely know they are from two different lines. I guess we'll see what happens in a few years!

That's a nice Graziani by the way. That's what my pastel girl is.
