Darn near anything. Pastel is one of those 'must have' morphs because it makes everything better.

i would say that pastel is good to breed to anything and everything they will all turn out amazing and then breed the offspring to a Fire and it will look even better!
Example: Pastel X Cinnamon then Pewter X Fire
idk if this has been done but it would look amazing in my eyes

Re: wat would you breed with a pastel?

I would agree that it seems people have forgotten about the pastel........But most big breeders have gotten to their beauty combos from the foundation of a killer looking pastel. The pastel I think gets underrated because they are now easily available. But keep in mind like with all bp's there is a distinct difference in quality of the animal. I have seen pastels that are so browned out they look dang near normal.

In reality if you talk to big breeders or established hobby breeders, one of the staples of the breeding group is a base of quality pastels One of the most exciting bp's I have is a beautiful Lemon pastel female. She is going on 2 years and has yet to brown much and his holding color. Crisp yellow to black borders, minimal browning. That is the start or phase one of a lot of morphs we see today that we drool over. We forget to get there, the first step was a quality pastel in the mix.

Not sure if that made sense
