lighting that doesn't hurt humidity

is there any type of lighting i can use that doesnt hurt humidity, or another way to raise my ambient temps, its a 20 gall long glass tank, ive already got a UTH and insulated the sides but i need to raise ambient temps without killing humidity.

What I did that really helped was just raise the light up away from the tank...

Damp towel covering 3/4 of the top and the light is raise abt 6-7 inches away from the screentop, and the humidity should stay arnd 60ish, mist when in shed and you're fine

Cover the top, all but a 4"x4" square with tin foil. Place damp clothes on top of the tin foil. This will help but it won't work wonders either (if your temp is in the low 70s don't expect it to raise it to the 80's). Using a glass tank instead of a tub or custom build cage is the material and the screen top are working to your disadvantage.
