i just wanna add that i got her instead of a burmese because i wanted a big snake so il feed her as much as i need to without going over board and causing problems. also rats or mice better for a boa?

over feeding will substantially shorten life...what do you mean feed it 4 pinkies at a time?
10% of body weight
newborn to 3 months some people feed pinkies every 4-5 days or rat pups every 7 days

i dont want to over feed, thats why im asking but i saw a youtube video of someone doing time laps as there baby boa ate all 4 pinkies in one feeding. seemed like a retarded amount to me. i fed her a very small rat fuzzie the other day, i think she has only eaten once before i fed her.

I feed 15% of body weight each feeding. Some will do 10 some will do 15, but its all personal prefference and doing 15% is just as harmless as feeding 10%
You could also just go off the bulge the prey leaves in the snake. A noticeable buldge is fine but nothing too extreme
I also feed every 7 days. When boas get to 1 year of age I have been told to switch to once every 2 weeks.
Hope this helped

I feed my guys 1 rat fuzzy or adult mouse every 5 days, once they bulk up a little more I'll cut down to one every 7 days and gradually increase size as needed for the snake.

there was no bulge at all after feeding, it was like if i were to swallow a skittle, no one would be able to tell. that mean i should up the prey size a bit? maybe feed her a sibling of the fuzzie i fed her saturday night since its had a week to grow a bit?
