I don't know much about red tail boa morphs, but he obviously didn't learn the first time. Considering how dangerous that was for the animals and the workers at the airports, kind of makes me wish they hit him with a harder sentence.

ya they should have hit him harder. i just hope another country with higher penalties grabs him next time and really nails him to the wall. seeing as how this is the third time and the punishment isnt that bad, he will most likely be doing it again.
