today i purshased my first ball python she is a baby is there any info anyone could give me about handiling and taking care of my new snake
As far as handling goes, don't handle her at all until it's eating consistently for you. You can take her out to clean and everything but I would recommend putting her in a sack for cleaning (that's what I do when no one will hold them for me). Then start with ten minute sessions every day, and work your way up. You don't want to stress the little girl out. If she starts breathing heavily (you'll notice her body moving in and out rapidly) or really trying to get away then put her away. If she hisses or strikes, wait a few minutes before returning her to her enclosure. This will teach her that acting tough won't get her what she wants. I know if might freak you out a little, but it's the only way of getting her stop doing it and help her to realize you're not a threat.
For a guide to taking care of her, definitely read the caresheet. Lots of accurate info there. And follow it!

You should feed one appropriate sized prey every five days until they hit 500 grams. Then move up to every seven days. You don't want them getting overweight, so don't feed them too much or too often.
