insect id please

couldnt really tell wether it was a spider or a beetle of some sort..kind of seemed like a spider mimicing bug...any clues?





pics arent the best but i beleive from what i saw had 6 actual legs and 2 palps..so i do beleive it was a spider mimic...but not to sure...thanks!

its a type of harvestman. not sure on the species. not a true spider.
