I have about a 6' bci that i got about four months ago that in the past week its breathing has become pretty audible. Since I have gotten her you could periodically hear her exhale while handling her. Now you can her her exhale a lot more frequently. She is still eating, there are no bubbles or mucous coming from her mouth or nostrils, and she is not lethargic. I also checked the inside of her mouth, which was kinda tricky to do because she didnt want to hold still. As far as I could tell there was no excess saliva or bubbles. The breathing itself doesn't really sound really raspy or anything. I guess the closest description I could give of what it sounds like is when I exhale through my nose heavily. I have raised the ambient air temps just to be safe. Is it possible that she is just breathes heavily or does this sound more like an RI?
