If you want to give them room to climb then you could always get a nice big hard plastic cabinet or a refrigerator, then put glass/plexiglass sections on the doors. Or even just make your own enclosure out of wood.

Vinyl straps and clips which you can get at Walmart for a couple bucks. Its what I used to keep the lid on all my tanks.
so will a full grown adult RTB do well in the 421 boaphile boxes or are those too small?
and when would it be "okay" to move to that size enclosure?

They will do fine in a 4x2x1 cage. I have Reptile Basics and Repti-Racks 4x2x1 cages. Both work great, although Reptile Basics are a little better quality. I use 80 watt radiant heat panels from Reptile Basics to heat my cages.
