When should I expect another shed?

Im not sure how old my snake is, but here's a picture of him for size, maybe you guys can help me. He just shed a week ago from today, and I'm just wondering how often they shed, and when I can expect it again.

PS I got to see him shed after only having him a week, and it was absolutely fascinating! I heard it can be hard to actually catch them in the act of it so that was cool we got to see it.
    My name's Christi btw.

Re: When should I expect another shed?

    Welcome.

Shedding frequency depends mostly on growth, which depends mostly on how much they eat.

I also caught mine shedding the first week, but she was inside her hide, so I didn't see much.

Based on his size and with good relative humidity/temps I would say you could expect him shedding every month to 5-6weeks or so. Something like 8-11 times a year then maybe down to 6 when hes an adult.

Ya, every six weeks give or take for a shed! He looks like he is 6 months to a year but that is just a complete guess! It all depends on how well he was fed! Fed a little, he grows slow, fed alot and he grows fast so its hard to really say an age!
