Re: Antisocial or Social?
They are solitary animals, they do not seek each other out except during breeding.

Re: Antisocial or Social?
As snakes go, they're pretty social. But that doesn't mean the same thing it does for dogs or wolves or humans or elephants.

Re: Antisocial or Social?
Anti-social.
They are not generally found together in the wild. I don't actually know of any truly social snakes. Some species will gather in huge groups in hibernaculums to brumate for the winter (ball pythons don't brumate), and I think king cobras are the only species where mates stay in the same area to defend the nest after mating.
Ball pythons would much rather be alone.

Re: Antisocial or Social?
They are neither social nor anti-social.
They are non-social.
Their species does not have any kind of social mechanisms.

Re: Antisocial or Social?
Everyone else has said it best.
They'd much rather be alone, putting two togather aside from breeding creates stress.
