Yeah I thought it seemed very strange, hence the reason I asked. XD there are alot of red tails on KSL classifieds in slc xD I'll probobly get one of those instead of a baby.

I would suggest going with something around 1 year old. You know it is an established eater, but still small enough to learn it's personality, character, and handling before getting too large...
