Year old ball python help
Hi everyone,
I have a ball python that is a little over a year old that will eat great but will not poop her meals out. It has been going on for a while. i can massage them out but she will or may not be able to do it herself. I have tried soaking her in warm water and such. She is also small for her age. This years batch is coming out about 3 inches larger than she is now. Any help or suggestions are great. I dont want to kill her, and i am willing to continue to dialysis her but i am hoping there is another fix.

Yes, don't try to force them to go, you could injure them internally.
Sometimes ball pythons will store things up for week or two, even when they are eating every 5 days.
If your ball python is eating regularly, then they're not feeling unwell--things will come out when they're ready.
If you REALLY think the ball python has an intestinal blockage of some sort, then take it to a vet! That is usually the answer when you feel there is a medical problem, after all!
It's definitely the correct course of action before you consider euthanasia!
