    Just a behavior question

My ball tends to drag his mice into his hide after he constricts them is that normal behavior?

If the snake is eating, there is nothing wrong with it. The snake may just like to feel more hidden, and less vulnerable.

My guy will do that also. But it depends when u feed him.

If you feed him and the room is dark he will just eat it in the tub. If its during the day and lights are on he will drag it in his hide

yes it is normal....mine rubs himself all over the mouse after he kills it...just prior to eating it. I have even caught him resting his head on it for 30 minutes prior to eating it....lol...

Hey, mine sometimes uses his dinner as a chin rest for a few moments too! What's up with that? Fascinating critters, aren't they?
