    Pastel types

    Are the following genetically different?:
    Pastel
    Orange Pastel
    Jungle Pastel
    Blonde Pastel

When bred together, do the above all just produce super pastels?

    Re: Pastel types

A pastel is a pastel is a pastel... All those other names are just brands... To me there is no difference they are all just pastels and will produce supers when bred together. Each "brand" had been line bred for this triat or that trait but they are still pastels.

    Re: Pastel types

They are different "lines" of Pastel that are all compatible. Each line just has their more typical "look" (bright yellow, blushing, crazy pattern, etc.). I don't know what you mean by "Orange Pastel" though. Orange Ghost is a separate gene (if that's what you meant). Some Pastels do have orange on them which browns out as they mature. I'm not sure which of those you mean.

Here are some of the different lines:

    Graziani Pastel
    NERD Lemon Pastel
    Blonde Pastel
    Pastel Jungle
Matrix Pastel (I think that's what they're called. I haven't heard anything about them in a LONG time).
