Re: Desparate need of help!
If shes a fun-lovin, sports fan then the jersy thing is a great idea but you need to add something a tad romantic but not cheesy. Even if its something as simple as a rose on top of the jersy.

Well when she's at my house she always wants to take out chomper and play with him. And she always checks up on him.
(his names chomper cause the first time she held him he grabbed a hold of her finger hahahaha)

Re: Desparate need of help!
OK then here goes.. Its the little, trivial things that matter the most and will be remembered. Sit back and think about things the 2 of you have done together. Things you have talked about. Stories she has told you. Try to remember some little details that most people wouldnt remember.
Is she the extravagent type or does she prefer the simple things in life. Does she like partying or does she prefer just spending quality time with one or a few people she cares about. What kind of food does she like? What kind of dessert?
Do you think she would like an expensive dinner date? Or maybe going out for ice cream? Pizza? Pick up her favorite dessert, even if its just a cupcake or cookie and stick a candle in it.
Does she like animals? Nature? What are her other interests other than her team? If you really think about it you can come up with something sweet and simple that she will remember.
Im a bit biased because Im the type that prefers the simple things. I had an ex that was not particularly lovable or romantic but he always rememberd what made me smile. It was not uncommon for me to be surprised at the end of my day with a small handfull of picked wildflowers. Or Id get a call at home to come to his work and rescue and injured animal or bird. Or Id be surprised by being taken out somewhere I hadnt been in years. Be it a place to eat, or a museum, or a summer event such as an indian pow wow or a car show.
So just remember the little things she likes. Most people dont like being made a spectical on their birthdays. Big over blown birthdays can sometimes be a bit unnerving or even embarrassing.

Re: Desparate need of help!
Ok trying my best to think of something. But like I said for her birthday we will be in Cuba... I know she really loves home made nachos but it's kinda hard to make in a resort hotel room lol. I've threatened that I'm going to give her a $1000 cheque if she doesn't give me some ideas but all she's says is she wants me and flowers (I know I know). But honestly I'm drawing blanks here:..

Re: Desparate need of help!
P.s. She gets me all the time and I spontaneously buy her flowers all the time too... So that's not really "special"

One thing I think would be cute would be to go to Cafe Press and upload a picture of Chomper. Caption it "Got fingers?", create a shirt out of it. Or whatever else they have. They have alot of things that you can make.
