Reduced pattern, Normal or a spider??!

Possibly a spider or a reduced pattern? Also check out the second band to the right of his head (on the thick part of his body) Looks a little like he's got some ghost in him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ........ or am i reading to far into it, in hopes of having a non normal ball? lol

I have noticed though that since i've had him, the bands on him are gradually becoming thinner. any ideas or opinions?

Edit: Actually, after googling spider ball python, I got this..

    http://www.ballpython777.com/spider/...elbreeding.jpg

looks almost like him! Same head markings.

Re: Reduced pattern, Normal or a spider??!

It's NOT a spider, lol. That's a normal ball python until bred and proven other wise. Spiders look nothing like normal BPs, and neither do ghosts. If you had either, you would know just by paying alot more than what you did for this BP.

If you bought it as a normal, 99% chance it is a normal.

Yeah, most first timers come into the world of morphs and think they have something incredible. I did too... But I knew I got what I pair for, nothing more, nothing less.

Nice, but not a spider, or even really very reduced in pattern. I see a lot of alien heads there. Nothing remarkable, I'm afraid, but handsome.

Re: Reduced pattern, Normal or a spider??!

Most definitely not a spider or a hypo (aka ghost). And not a reduced pattern by any stretch.

He's still a handsome normal ball python. Under the hood, they're all ball pythons - they just have different paint jobs!

Re: Reduced pattern, Normal or a spider??!

I think you are comparing your BP to the pastel in the picture and not the spider.

    You have a normal.

    This is a Pastel

    and this a Spider

    And both together
