    BCI FTW

If you are actually concerned about the size, I would consider just getting a male BCI since they don't get very large. I would like to keep my male and see him get to be an adult but boas aren't my thing, though I wouldn't mind trading him for a Dumeril's boa

I opted for a male Caulkers Cay and a male Costa Rican. Both BCI's.

    Re: Requesting Boa Info Please

im not a boa guy but i took a im a common boa and she has grown on me. She was previously fed only once a month and i was told she is 10 years old. Shes got some size to her and can be on the cranky side at times but once she is out of her enclosure she calms down. If i was going to get a boa from a baby it would prob have to be an albino.

I have seen those sites, but thanks for trying to help either way. Also, they reminded me of the Longicauda. I love those too. Like I said, my living situation is the problem now. But Im sure that will get better with time. Im not in a hurry since I dont plan to breed Boas.

Talked to Marc last night. Very nice and like a reptile encyclopedia.
We are the same age(tooo old) and my wife is the same age as his girlfriend. We'll get together in the near future to check out each other's snakes, etc..
Looking at his website would make all of us want a BCC!
