Breeding Contracts

I am considering a snake sharing project for breeding. I have a friend with a male pastel who really wants a bumble bee. I have been considering getting a spider for a while now and we are thinking about a loaner arrangement. Does anyone have an example of a good breeding contract that I can use as a base to draft something up for our project?
