    New ASFs

Sorry I got them like 2 weeks ago but I havent had time to post. The stripe is the male(charlie) and the light tan (Fawn) and pied (Melissa) are the females. Here is their tub with the two grow up tubs waiting. They were all in a tub with multiple males and females and there were babys in there too. I think Fawn is pregnant but what if the father was another male in the old tub. Would the new male kill the babies? also I dont think the male is big enough to breed.

    Nice! I miss my ASFs

I think you should place a washer around the water bottle tip, not to risk them chewing their way out. You can find posts about it if you search. They WILL chew anything they can, that plastic hide thing will be chewed in no time, so dont get upset when they get to it

    Congratulations!

Ooh I wouldnt really care its trash anyway but they havent been chewy at all. I think between their super hard food pellets and chewing on the mesh when they jump up their teeth get pretty worn down. I even took out their wood blocks because they wernt using them!

Mine have wheels, chew huts, wood sticks etc.. They didnt chew for months. I thought I had some non chewing ASF's. Well, all of a sudden they chew! I moved some into aquariums due to the chewing. I made the mistake of getting plastic water bottles and put them into the metal water bottle guards. Didnt work. Those little buggers chewed holes in the top edge of the bottle since they couldn't get to it from the bottom. Water bottle do not work if they have a even the tiniest hols in the top. No vacuume. So just keep an eye on them in those plastic tubs. If they ever get bored they will find something to chew.

You can use a glue gun to seal the hole that they chew at the top.
