    Kinda gross, but...

Has anyone ever been pooed on by their snake? This has happened to me twice now. Once with my corn snake, and once by the BP.

This BP hasn't eaten since November, and we had her out for the evening a few weeks ago. After a few hours of just chilling, she took a runny crap. Went all over the floor! Is this a sign of stress or something? Or do they just go when they feel the need to go?

I haven't been, luckily. They go whenever they deem necessary... So if you're holding them when they need to go, better watch out! I always look for the signs though... If they look like they're waiting to go, they're not coming out!

Runny poo is a sign of intestinal distress..a vet visit is in order for a fecal exam to rule out parasites.

Yes, pooped on.... peed on. Both. By the bp's and our gtp. Exercise seems to bring it out in them. lol. My gtp did it when I was removing some stuck shed. My others were just because i didn't wait long enough after a meal to get them out. My female has scented me too. Did the whole tail wagging thing all over my arm. Ugh. Guess that means she's almost boy ready. Maybe this year.

At least you know he's feeling relaxed around you. Lol.

It was just this one time that it was runny, all the rest are nice and firm (nasty). If she doesn't start eating soon though, she will be going to a vet.

my crested gecko likes to pee on everyone, but the snakes seem to do it in their cages.
