    Update on Problem Male

I posted a while ago about Xefaud, my 100% het pied male. He has had some feeding issues for the past few months. His last meal was 1/19 and before that, his last meal was 11/30/09, so he's been losing weight. He's sitting at 480g and tonight I decided that while weighing him, I'd try feeding him a live rat pup (almost 30g) just to see if he'll eat something. He struck and coiled. I put a lid on the weighing tub and shut off the lights and left the room. I'm hoping that when I go back up he will have eaten it.

I literally did this when he struck and coiled. ---->

It feels good when they eat after a long fast.

He ate! I'm very excited. I think I might try again in 5 days since this meal was so small (only 25-30g).
