    Inter-species Attraction

So, I noticed that every time I have Chiko the Mojave out, Hiko the Corn Snake (who is MIA right now because sister forgot to lock his tank) would totally come and check him out. At first I thought he was checking ME out because I'm usually sitting next to his tank but then I realized he could really care less about me and was more interested in this guy.

I felt a little bad because I know he thought I was getting him a girlfriend but not only did it turn out to be the wrong gender, it's also the wrong species. So he goes back to sleep.

Watch and wait; a hapless creature has wandered in wake of my growing hunger. My oh my, don't you look tasty?
Hey traveler, what do you know of wolves?

All that's scaly and reptilian, all that's furry and mammalian, all that swims in the sea, all that flies in the sky--I love each and every one of these precious creatures.

I can't view your link, but I had the same thing with my corn & BP! Joxer the ghost corn was totally scoping Nerissa the normal BP, and I caught some video of it... turns out he probably was ready for some loving, since he immediately locked with my amel corn a few days later.

Here's the video of Joxer & Nerissa:

Woah, okay, apparently all you have to do is link it. That little earth thing with the chain link next to the insert photo thing, just put in the URL and there it will go. =D

Oh woah, is it just me or do corn snakes are particularly curious about other species?

LMAO he looks SO READY TO GO FOR HER.

Yeah, YouTube works great on here. Very nice mojo, and the corn definitely looks interested! I agree, they do seem more curious as a species... I've also heard of corns being aggressive towards BPs, so they have strong reactions either way.
