Re: A little help with something...

Thank you! Yeah, I've had him for about two weeks now, and he is a healthy boy. I have a second Ball Python named Adelaide, who is a female, and she was kept at the worst pet store in our area (seriously). The owner goes to a whole saler, buys as many as he can, and sells them for outrageous prices--I picked her up because she was the last one, and I didn't want her to suffer at that place.

I took her to a breeder, and it turns out that they kept no heat pad on the tank, had a small heat lamp and put up newspaper and drop a mouse in every Monday and Friday and would leave it in there until she ate... Well I took her to a breeder in the area, because after three weeks of her not eating, I wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with her--turns out from the lack of heat, she had a constipation issue. Well I soaked her in luke warm water for 20 minutes for a week, and was about to take her to vet, when I noticed this gigantic snake poo in her vivarium--I was never so happy to see snake poo. Now she is very, very ornery, and started shedding--so now I have to wait until the shed is done to feed her, and it's been about a month since her last mouse (according to the pet store) because she would refuse anything I offered, due to the constipation.

Now I have no idea if she is WC, CH, or CB (I asked, but you can't really believe them, they said she was captive). I'm just hoping she is alright... >.>
