    Zoo Med's Reptibator

Anyone have any experience with these incubators? I am thinking of purchasing one but I am not sure. I would love to hear what people think.
    Thanks,

I have no experience with breeding but I wanted to say this. I have bought a couple of zoo med things and found them unreliable. Maybe it is just me.....

The only good thing about zoomed is the contributions they make to the organizations that support us. Like USARK.

Their products are usually less than reliable. I was going to buy a zoomed waterfall and read so many crappy complaints about it breaking and malfunctioning that I went with another brand. I have heard so many complaints about their products that I just dont trust them.

I have never seen anything about this incubator. I would suggest waiting until there are some reviews on it.

    Re: Zoo Med's Reptibator

i, too am not a huge fan of zoo-med. their products aren't that reliable or durable. awhile back i ordered an avi-sun floor lamp for my bird who was very ill, as i was going to provide him with full-spectrum light. when it arrived, it was BROKEN! i paid over $80 for this thing, as i had to order it from the US and it is quite heavy. shipping was as much as the lamp. ok, fine, whatever. the seller on Amazon who sent it to me i guess went after UPS, and sent me a replacement at no cost to myself. well guess what, the SECOND i get it out of the box, put in the $40 light bulb, and turn it on, WHAM, it completely topples over, breaking itself AND the light bulb! so i'm $120 out, the seller is probably out some money too, and when i emailed them they refused to do anything about it, and were actually quite rude. they told me there was a knob on the lamp to adjust it. what they DIDN'T acknowledge, was that the lamp broke, not once, but TWICE in a place that had nothing to do with their cheap little knobby, either.

the only reason i got a 2nd one was because i couldn't get a refund, only a replacement.

needless to say, i'm not a fan.

Looks like it's the same idea as a Hovabator (which i have successfully used in the past) so for the money just get a hovabator and get a good thermostat (you can the use that same t stat on your baby rack after)
