    Halp!

I recently gained a bit of a promotion. Due to my computer experience and other stuffs I've been offered {and have already started training for} the position of manager. I have zero experience with management {unless you want to consider being a raid leader in WoW as management}.
I'm already a bit stressed It's a lot for me to take in. Anyone with experience with this sort of thing... HALP! Tips, reading material, things that you find to be helpful, etc will be great.

    Thanks in advance.

Just pay attention in training, if there's paperwork, make sure you have it don 100%, and keep your crew on task, but without being too hard on them. Management isn't really all that hard, it's just a mental stress at times is all.

Just watch the office (US) and you'll get the hang of it.

In all seriousness, an MBA isn't a bad idea.
