Very cute! I don't know anything about sexing crested geckos. If it's a girl, how about "Crestina" for a name?

Thumbs up Re: my new gecko

Great lookin dalmation! lots of spots.. I'm not a pro at sexing but from what I have read and been told by people who know what they are doin.. It looks like a female to me too.. as for a name.. Idk took me 2 weeks to name mine.. But I will say I go for unusual names. Or look up forgien names. Enjoy the crestie, they are bloody cute...

    Cheers

Nice looking crestie. Looks to have a bit of dalmation. When you sex younger cresteds you need a jewelry loupe atleast 15x and look for pores above the vent. If your gecko is already around 30-35 grams and it has no bulge then it is most likely female.

female for sure, she's plenty big enough to sex by looking at the vent area alone.

    Good looking gecko!

Beautiful gecko! I'd expect to see a bulge if that was a male by that size so I'm saying a girl

    Re: my new gecko

no I will never buy from scales n tails ( animals wise equpiment and supplies do) but acctually it was a little boy I found on craigslist, who I guess asked him mom to get anthor type of animal and she said he had to get rid of the ones he had, so I got her (it is a her iv been looking at pics and males have a huge buldge) her tank UTH and food, for $25. he also has a pair of leos for $50 full grown, male and female with tank, I may take him up on it.

oh and her name is sweetheart. she was a valentines day gift from my wife.
