    Dragons For You - Cages

    Anyone use these cages?
If so, do you have photos of them in use?
    How well built are they?
Any issues with the company or cages?
I'm thinking about ordering some but have never had good luck with cage manufacturers and before I spend any money, I want to get as much info on this business and their cages as possible.
    Thanks.

Well, I've been told of an experience with this company by a trusted source so it looks like I will be going elsewhere for cages.

    I bought two of them.

I no longer have them - I threw them away.

They are flimsy. They sagged under the weight of a radiant heat panel. Any thinner and they would be made of construction paper.

They sent me the wrong size (luckily it was bigger than I ordered).

I would not recommend doing business with them. While they are not crooks, their product is pretty crappy.

I do not believe that we have ever sold Skiploder any cages. I ask for his name and when he ordered and have not received it. Our cages are all built out of abs which is stronger and more durable than pvc. It also cost much more than pvc but we use it because we want to build a better product. I think he may be working to push someone elses cages. We have never had any complant on the quality of our cages. Not even from Skiploder.

You sent me a PM at 6:57 PM and then posted here at 7:19 PM, patience my flimsy cage-making friend.

I bought two snake lock boxes from you. I bought the smaller size and you sent the larger size. That would have normally not been a problem except that they needed to fit into a limited space. You never returned my e-mail to you notifying you of this slip up. In the end I figured I was lucky to get the bigger size - at least I felt less cheated.

They came with glued on lights that were impossible to move.

Whose cage am I pushing? Why don't you lay your cards on the table and quit with the cute insinuations..........

BTW - ever check the BOI?

    Here I'll help you out:

Looks like Harald Moore also was less than satisfied. You'll notice my account posted today is the same as I posted in May of 2008.

He PM'd me at 6:57 and posted on this thread less than 30 minutes later. Check out the link to the BOI thread about his cages. He can get all the pertinent info he needs on that link.

I own cages from several manufacturers - some good, some bad. You asked for my experience with Dragons4You and I gave it.

If he wants to accuse me of shilling for someone else - he better come up with something more solid than giving you requested feedback on his product.

Again - check out my BOI posting from 18 months ago - he never bothered to respond to my last e-mail. At the time he was completely disinterested in the fact that he shipped me the wrong size - now he's all of a sudden interested in my opinion.........classic.

Too bad Rich doesn't make products in a wider variety of sizes, he does make a top notch product.

I would have gone with an RBI cage if they offered a 4x2x2. I'm ecstatic with my AP cage mind you, so no complaints really
