Caller: The mouse is jammed.

Customer Service: Mouse? Printers don’t have a mouse you dimwit.

The best calls are "my mouse is acting funny .. and my keyboard doesn't woork all the time" .. so you go down to their desk to see what the issue is, and find a mouse nest behind their PC with cords chewed up.

I work in a big factory that sits next to the city dump and a field, we have mouse problems in the building, and I have gotten that call at least 2 times in the past 3 years. I go from IT guy to mouse eviction expert.
