I would compress the images a bit more. They load very very slowly on my very very fast internet connection.

Good job! Looks great - I will agree with the others though. Instead of defining the picture size through the code you should compress the pics down first. At their original size you are forcing the user to unnecessarily download 4+ meg files.

an alternative to compressing the originals is you could make some thumbnails and link to the full size images. I do both on my site. http://www.shanerich.com

Yep implementing something like the "lightBox" script is a good way to do this.. I can tell you that there are even scripts out there that will automatically make your thumbnails for you..
