Well I am in GA so I cannot own an indigo unless I have a special permit which is only provided to those that provide public education and exhibition of wildlife.

Ditto that - for the same reason as Deb. As it stands, we just get to admire the one that a local wildlife group brings for educational purposes to the GA Herp Society show each year.
