    Re: best investment?

    Joe has the right idea.

All of my pythons I've bought for one of two reasons: 1) I think that particular morph is beautiful or 2) a combo I can make with said python is beautiful. And then I went out and tried to get the prettiest examples of each morph I wanted. Yes, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but I don't care if someone else thinks my snake is ugly.

So my recommendation is to get a morph and/or combo you like (preferably females, since you're male-heavy) and get the best/prettiest example you can find. However, if you want a specific example, with the snakes you already have, I'd definitely go with a nice Pewter, if you like those.
Periodic Table Pythons - Quality, captive-bred pythons? It's elementary!

1.0 VPI Axanthic, 1.0 Genetic Stripe, 1.0 Red Axanthic, 1.0 Lesser Platinum, 1.0 50% Het Albino, 0.1 Albino, 0.1 Het VPI Axanthic, 0.1 Het Red Axanthic, 0.1 Het G-Stripe, 0.1 Woma, 0.1 Mojave, 0.1 Normal.

if you only buy animals that are "worth" having in your collection then your overhead will be significantly lower than your profits. i.e. instead of having a bunch of single morph males, get double codoms, codom+ hets, etc.

Josh a good friend of mine told me.. "I got in this because of the animals I like, I'm able to stay in business because of the animals my customers like..It's simple I let them by me the stuff I like and we're both happy"

well, i am on a very limited budget, but i have 3 snakes in mind, a male 09 spotnose het hypo(200)
    08 male orange ghost (150)
    09 female orange ghost(150
    09 female sable(250)

there are also some awsome deals i wish i could take like this 06 pied female proven breeder paired with her het pied mate for 1200!

please tell me witch i should get ( all the balls in my sig are not breeders (acept the female normals) so dont base the desishion on them.

p.s. is anyone thinks theres a better dead on a better snake! tell me please!!!!

Depends on what they look like..some of those prices might make me question them..but if I had to choose I'd buy the female hypo..

Keep in mind theres not much point in buying male hets unless you can afford a female to pair him with... sure there are plenty of good deals on DH clown/ghost males but a female will set you back a bit!

You missed his point. A hypo that barely looks like a hypo I wouldn't "invest" in, even if it is priced that low.

You may have missed my earlier post - forget about price - decide what morphs you want to work with, then TAKE YOUR TIME to shop around for the very best LOOKING animal that you can find - and pay a little extra if you have to, to get that animal. While you're taking your time to find that great example, you can be socking away extra money. Honestly - it will pay off in spades by the quality of the animals that you will produce.

Like my signature says - you buy cheap, you get cheap - you buy quality, you get quality
