    Noobie Snake Owner..

Animals: 1 12' Burmese Python named Littlefoot, 2 cats, 1 dog, 1 rat.

    Reason for joining?

I'm looking for information on snakes. I'm kinda a chicken when it comes to the small ones, but my python is more laid back than I am.

I've had 2 Emperor Scorpions, but my dog killed them.

I hope I can learn tons from everyone here. I'll post up some pictures of Littlefoot later. I'm a noob with reptiles, so is my sister.

    Re: Noobie Snake Owner..

First off, welcome to the forums.

As far as the snake free to a good home, have you tried to locate a reptile rescue. Also do you know what type of python?

Sorry to hear about your scorpions, I at any one point in time had a given 30 or so. I still have one little 3i, but that's it.

Anybody can learn as long as they're willing to listen to the advice given by the keepers that have been keeping for a long time.
