Rosy Boa has stuck shed on her head

Hes a new snake to me and shed a couple days ago. This morning I saw that he has some stuck shed on his head covering his eyes. Its covering the eyes and some of the head and there is a long piece that is hanging off.
I'd like to help him get it off so I''m looking for suggestions. Thanks!

Just a follow up to my question, I put a small tupperware container with some wet moss in her tub, so hopefully that helps.

That should take care of it. If the snake won't go in on its own, make it for a few hours.

Re: Rosy Boa has stuck shed on her head

I tried to put him in it but he came right out. A few hours later I checked and he was coiled up inside. This AM I checked and he was still in there, and most of the shed was off, except for a piece that is covering his eyes, if the skin was darker he'd look like Zorro.
I'm going to put him in a Rubbermaid tote with some warm/damp towels for a couple of hours tomorrow afternoon and hope that does it.

I had a few BPs with the same problem and used tape to remove the eyecaps carefully.
