Letters have to be hand written?
So i have my letter all ready but im just wondering if they have to be hand written. Im going to re-write them to clean them up, but could i just type them to make it look more formal?

yeah typing best , cause if anyone hand writing as bad as mine then they will never read it. ( at time I can't read my own writing)

Type it and sign it in pen.

Re: Letters have to be hand written?
The general idea is to personalize your letter after all if you were trying to sell a ball python and got 500 e-mails all starting out with the same text all the way through after reading the first couple you would ignore the rest. For this S373 campaign they need a physical letter to hand deliver to the senators a e-mail you can not hand deliver.

Re: Letters have to be hand written?
Technically for a formal letter, it's to be typed and double spaced or 1.5 spaced, with at the bottom saying Sincerely or whatever closing you'd like a comma, then two extra spaces, and your name typed below those spaces, you sign between sincerely and your typed name in pen, not pencil.
