Few questions on one of my females

I just read a thread right above that is pretty similar...

My pastel female shed on DEC 25th. Now she is clouded up again today JAN 8.
She has been locking with my pinstripe and cotinued to do so as soon as 3 days ago. Could this be a preovulation shed? Would she still lock?

The last 2/3 of her body seems a bit swollen and last night when I checked on her she was basking inverted. She has not few in about 2 weeks. Today I was gonna offer a small rat.

sorry for all the questions. Just curious if I should be getting my incubator ready or if Im still a ways off..

    Thanks

Re: Few questions on one of my females

When I wake up from a dream where my incubator broke and I have less than one day to find parts for it....

I try not to worry about these things anymore LOL! Trust me. You will go insaine if you try to put too much thought into it.

Nature will find a way. Sperm is retained. I just let my girls breed all season. I pay attention to the sheds and mark them on calenders but if they do not lay a month later, I simply mark the next shed. Make sure the incubator is ready to go and simply keep rotating males and twice daily checks. This is how I keep from going mad with worry and having nightmares about snakes dying and incubators not working..

<------ That is what breeding will do to you over time!

I tried to get a few pics but she would not cooperate. You can not really tell in the pics how she looks but the last 2/3 of her body is noticably swollen
