    Over all temps?

Okay I currently have my bp in my basement which is around 72* all year round. My nonnie is deathly and i mean deathly afraid of snakes and is staying with us because she just had knee replacement surgery. I want to move my bp up to my room and the air temps are fluctuate between 55*-58* never even reaching into the 60s in the winter so I was wondering what I could do to raise the air temps in her tub with out having something heating the wholeeeee room before I move her up, any ideas?
    Thankies!

55-58*?? I am pretty sure that is below the acceptable level to keep household temperatures regulated by code...

But anyway, radiant heat panels would work well but they are pretty expensive.
