Sleeping EARLIER (there's apparently such a thing as being OVERTIRED)
Some people use half a dose of melatonin supplement--they say it lets you fall asleep when you want to rather than forcing you to, but there's some increased risk of depression on it.
Tylenol PM? But trust me, you want take it within 30 minutes of planning to go to sleep. It'll do some way trippy things to you if you end up staying awake for 2-3 hours past taking it.

Thanks guys, after that post I stayed up for like another 5 hours and passed out, slept for 6 hours and got up lol.
I don't mind staying up, I usually just spend the free time out at a party or trying to find something. I don't live in a town that has a night life. All farms. So it's easy to get bored of just driving around at night. But my mom was just complaining to me that I don't sleep and she thinks I'm on drugs because of it. lol
