small meal? time to go bigger?

so i fed my ball python last week and it had a bit of a lump but too small, i fed him again this week and the lump barly showed , if it showed up cause it could be the way he was lying. so no noticible lump.

should go to something bigger then adult mice? my ball is 3-4months old, what should be his next meal?

Adult mice should be what it eats for awhile? BPs tend to flatten out their prey since their body is a lot thicker than kingsnake or cornsnakes, so despite it not showing a large "lump" it's still filling the snake up. But if you feel you should go higher, I would start with a rat fuzzy and see how he takes to it.
